Problem Context: The corporation is piloting CliftonStrengths' Strengths Finding training for their employees, and needs a suitable introduction that encourages employees to partake in this novel leadership training.

Solutions: The instructor-led training provides opportunities for fruitful conversations about employees' leadership goals, and how Strengths Training contributes to achieving personal and organizational goals.

Results: Employees will have the opportunity to get their questions answered in this introductory session, and are expected to have a 100% completion rate of the Strengths Finding assessment after the session.
